Great location and comfortable room!
The hotel had a fantastic location - close to many popular attractions and convenient for exploring the city. The room was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep. the staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist us with any questions or needs.
Noise and billing issues. However, there were a couple of negative aspects that affected our stay.

The rooms were decently comfortable, but noise was a major issue. the walls were paper-thin, and you could hear every word from the neighboring rooms. the location was convenient, with several facilities close by, including shops and restaurants.
The staff was unhelpful and unaccommodating, not bothering to address issues such as broken locks and noisy neighbors.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and it was amazing. the room was really nice with a comfy bed. the location couldn't be better as it was very close to all the shopping centers and restaurants, making it really easy to move around. they offer free breakfast which was a great touch. And the best part? the staff was super helpful and friendly, providing excellent service.
the walls were quite thin, leading to a lot of noise from the neighboring rooms, making it difficult to sleep at times.

The room was spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised by the fast Wi-Fi, which made it easy for me to stay connected. The staff were kind and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. One thing I really appreciated was the availability of water and other items for purchase right at the hotel. It was convenient and saved me from having to run out to find a store. I had a great experience here and would definitely stay again.
